To Members and Friends of the Women's Traffic Club,
 
Attached to this message is a letter of instruction and an application for a scholarship.  The Women's Traffic Club will award scholarships ranging from $200 to $500.  The application is open to each of you and/or your family members.
 
Full time students are required to submit a 500 word essay on the topic of their choice.
 
Please print this out, review it and send it in for yourself if you are taking any classes.  Please also share this with your co-workers who may be interested or have students in their family that we can consider.
